Just a teaser.
Yeah, I haven't been doing much in the way of artings. I've been too busy riding my bikes. But for the one or two people who may still look here, Here's a teaser:
Wooo!! I like how that middle one's color is looking. Really enjoying the shape of all of them too. Are those particular turnings for fun or were they done to show/sell?
They're just for fun and boredom, and a little experimentation.
The one on the left I actually turned almost 2 years ago, but I didn't like the way it was coming out, so I shelved it until last week. The other two I turned very late last year, but didn't feel like sanding them, so they sat until last Saturday when I got bored because it was raining, so I sanded them all and started clearcoating. The one in the middle is cool because I left the bark on the piece as I was turning it, thus the chocolaty color on the top.
I should be done with clearcoats next week, so hopefully I'll have some finished pictures up then.
